Listen! I spent some time reading the reviews of this place, focusing on the low scores. I had none of that experience! My visit was so pleasant and I cannot wait to go back here when I come back to town for work. The service was fantastic, especially from...Gary?? I think that was his name? One of the most pleasant men I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. You’ll know who I’m talking about when you go! And the food was soooo good! That hash brown casserole is delicious! Plus you get a good amount of food for the money, so no complaints there. And the building was so charming and clean. They’ve really done a great job with all aspects of service. Give them a try!
A nice little restaurant I visited while in Tupelo. It seems like a place the locals hang out in. I had one of the best omelets I've had in a long time, lite and fluffy, stuffed with delicious ingredients. The food arrived quickly and the waitress was pleasant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely have breakfast here.
Perfect breakfast spot! Absolutely loved everything we got. My husband and I were taken back in memories of our mom's cooking, with awesome fried green tomatoes and fantastic chocolate gravy for biskits. Would definitely recommend!
This restaurant was absolutely incredible! I'm definitely going to be a regular from here on out! I wish I would've known about this place sooner as I don't see any advertisement for it. I personally got the D'Cracked Egg as my main meal and Fried Green Tomatoes as my Entree. Both were spectacular! Very filling and came out fast. Our server was so very kind and gave an at home like feel to our experience! Some of the best breakfast food I've ever had! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.
As we walked up we were greeted by an older gentleman outside. He was all smiles and very welcoming. He asked if it was our first time and said we were in for a treat. Inside we were welcomed by a young woman who also turned out to be our waitress. She was very friendly and welcoming. The menu was well laid out and everything sounded great. The service was fast and, as I hoped, the food did not disappoint! Pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and hash brown casserole...all delicious. Best of all, it’s local. Which is always better. I might need to find a reason to return to Tupelo soon so I can stop in here again.
Everything was excellent from the time I walked in the door until I left. Staff was welcoming and the wait time was minimal and the food was delicious .
A great lunch at D'Cracked Egg! Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and owners and FANTASTIC FOOD.. Tried the D'ultimate BLT which came with plenty of crispy tots. Excellent! The French toast is still huge! Bacon to order, hash brown casserole, scrambled eggs and love on two plates. If you haven't been, GO! If you have, go back and enjoy again. This is a great brunch spot and still works hard to keep customers happy.
We had breakfast here, and everything was absolutely delicious! The pancakes were to die for—fluffy, perfectly cooked, and so flavorful. Great service and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!
